Yoga Flow for Core Strength

Don’t be fooled by yoga’s low-intensity allure. Yoga builds strength in a way that’s functional, sustainable and works with your breath - not against it. You’re not just doing crunches. In this class, you’re building deep stability through the pelvic floor, transverse abdominis and even the diaphragm.

Yoga flows for core strength are far more versatile than you might think. Yes, they’re brilliant for toning, but they’re also ideal if you’re postnatal, a beginner, an athlete, living with back pain, in perimenopause or menopause … or just wanting to move with more ease and confidence in daily life!

And it’s not just about physical change. You will start to feel more confident in their bodies. It’s not just about how strong you are, it’s how connected you feel.

Tea Meditation: Peace-full Holidays

Join us to explore GABA Oolong Tea to welcome a peaceful holiday season. We will begin with a gentle chair-based yoga practice for the hands and upper body, then move into our experiential meditation practice. A journal is highly recommended for recording your insights on contemplative prompts during the meditation.

GABA stands for gamma-aminobutyric acid. GABA is a naturally occurring neurotransmitter that plays a key role in promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and allowing for better sleep, making it a sought-after choice for seeking both flavor and wellness.

Incorporating GABA Oolong into your daily routine offers a delightful tea experience with health-conscious benefits.

We hope you'll join us at the cozy Vito's Tea House on Fayette Street in Uniontown! Space is limited to 10 participants, so register early!

Location: Vito’s Tea House, 25 W. Fayette Street, Uniontown
